CROCKWELL FARM WINTER WEDDING

“Oh my goodness! We love it!!

We just did as you advised…wine and fire and watched it together. The photos are so lovely! And made me cry!” Lulu and Rob

I was very excited when Lulu and Rob booked me for their wedding at Crockwell Farm Wedding Venue. This was the first time I’ve been to this venue and I’ve heard nothing but good things about it! This was also my last wedding in 2015 and it definitely finished off my year beautifully!

Lulu and all her 8 bridesmaids got ready at the venue.  Lulu had a gorgeous dress on with lacy back which complemented her figure beautifully. Her flowers were very simple and elegant – a creamy white bouquet with green eucalyptus leaves which was perfect for a winter wedding.

Crockwell Farm is so beautiful, it has quite a cosy feel to it with exposed wooden beams and fairy lights hanged around the entrance. Lulu & Rob opted for a winter themed wedding with blue and silver decorations. Rob even made the sleigh for guests to sit on and take pictures in!

The tables were elegantly decorated with candles, pinecones and wooden logs. Lulu & Rob also decorated the area behind the top table with Christmas garland with pinecones and berries painted in silver and mini trees with fairy lights!

Now let’s move on to the evening…this amazing couple had a pizza van set up serving delicious home made pizzas!! Now that’s what I call evening buffet ha 🙂

Perhaps the only thing that didn’t go perfectly to plan on the day was the weather – which was rainy instead of snowy. Lulu & Rob’s wedding was informal, relaxed and most importantly full of fun – exactly the kind of wedding I love to shoot!
